3583575 - Error "Erroneous Background Data Collection schedule. Please deactive the use case for at least 5 minutes and activate it again." under /n/sdf/alm_setup

Symptom

Customer have registered the service key and background users in tcode /n/sdf/alm_setup.

While activating the Use Cases, few are not getting activated with error:

Erroneous Background Data Collection schedule. Please deactive the use case for at least 5 minutes and activate it again.

*The error message has been fixed from ST-PI SP28 (Erroneous Background Data Collection schedule. Please deactivate the use case for at least 5 minutes
and activate it again.)
