3583579 - PCC: User is unable to perform any actions on 'Manage Configuration' application.

Symptom

  • The Manage Configuration application in Payroll Control Center is not working as expected.
  • Categories are visible on the screen, but user is not able to perform any action on the screen.
  • All settings and permissions related to this function have been checked based on the documentation.
  • The user can access the PYC_CONF_WB transaction in the ECP system directly and find the relevant contents (i.e. Validation rules , KPIs ).
  • All other tabs are working in the Payroll Control Center.
