3583605 - Error - Business Partner not Found as Approver During Purchase Order Approval

Unable to approve purchase order due to the following error:

"Business partner ABC (XYZ) not found as approver"

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Managing My Area workcenter
2. Go to Approvals view
3. Search for task "Approve Purchase Order"
4. Select the task and approve

Observe the below error is displayed - 

Business partner ABC (XYZ) not found as approver

Due to leading spaces in the Employee and Business Partner ID.

Ensure there are no leading spaces in the Employee, Business Partner and Approval ID.
