3583669 - Incorrect Status of Purchase Requisition Changed via Plant Maintenance Order-SAP Fiori & SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

  • In the Plant Maintenance process, components and services are used to produce Purchase Requisitions.
  • Flexible workflow is enabled on these Purchase Requisitions, which automatically approves PR.
  • However, if a service activity is added to a Plant Maintenance order,  the Purchase Requisitions for these components, which were already properly released by the workflow, are set back to "in release" (BANPR) status.
  • As there is no change at all to these PR documents, they get stuck.
  • Also, the Purchase Requisitions in status 03 cannot be converted anymore into Purchase Orders.
