3583820 - App Manage Substitution and Validation Rules cannot be open

Symptom

App Manage Substitution and Validation Rules (ID F4406) is not functioning as expected, it cannot be open properly.

Reproducing the Issue

Open app Manage Substitution/Validation Rules in Fiori Launchpad.

Cause

App Manage Substitution and Validation Rules is not the correct one to be used.

Resolution

This is a known issue to our developer, the app Manage Substitution and Validation Rules should not be used in this case.

It is recommended to select app with suffixes, such as "Manage Substitution/Validation Rules for Journal Entries," or any other application with suffixes that suit the business requirements.

Developer is now working on a fix to remove the app, which is planned to be delivered in CE2508.
