3583823 - Launchpad content manager Technical catalog transport when TC Descriptor Items and header stored as different objects

Transporting all Technical Catalog with all its content when:

•  TC Descriptor Items and TC "header" information, stored as different objects.
  • some cases where different user may miss one Catalog Descriptor Item , and seems that the change of the title (which captures the UIAC object), is independent from UIAD items (Fiori Launchpad App Descriptor Item) 
  • updating the header because one descriptor items lost  between transports, the app will be lost in the further system and the only way to have them back is going manually record by record and passing dummy changes on the items. 

If for any issue, this transport is lost or someone deletes the object from the Transport Request manually, how is it achievable to move all content wit all updated descriptor items inside?

It's possible item by item, but is there an option for doing it in a mass way?
