3583984 - Getting error when trying to edit/delete data in Manage Writing Assistant

When trying to edit/delete the data from Manage writing assistant page , below error shows up :

 "A Competency with the GUID in this locale already exist, please provide a new GUID"

• SAP SuccessFactors Job Profile Builder
• SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub

1. Search "Manage Writing Assistant and Coaching Advisor" in the search bar.
2. Open the competency library and select the respective competency 
3. Select the data to be edited
4. Hit the Delete Selected Button
5. Hit Yes on the "Are you sure to proceed?" pop-up
6. Hit Save button on the bottom left
7. Error will appear.  "A competency with this GUID in this locale already exist, please provide new GUID. "

Competency and Category name are same in JDM which is not supported. 

Rename the category name from provisioning and then try to edit or delete the data from Manage writing assistant page, it will be Successful.
