3584114 - Some Users are Unable to Use Windows AD Manual/SSO on SAP BusinessObjects BI

Symptom

  • Windows AD Manual/SSO is properly configured and works for most users.
  • Windows AD Manual/SSO is not working for some users;
    • If attempting SSO, they are prompted for login credentials when accessing Central Management Configuration, BI Launchpad, or Analysis for Office (AfO).
    • If attempting Manual login, they face "Account information is not recognized" error.
  • Users have valid Windows AD user mapped to an Enterprise Alias.
