Symptom
- Windows AD Manual/SSO is properly configured and works for most users.
- Windows AD Manual/SSO is not working for some users;
- If attempting SSO, they are prompted for login credentials when accessing Central Management Configuration, BI Launchpad, or Analysis for Office (AfO).
- If attempting Manual login, they face "Account information is not recognized" error.
- Users have valid Windows AD user mapped to an Enterprise Alias.
