Symptom

  • Receive an email notification stating "ACTION REQUIRED Expiring certificate in Identity Authentication Service".
  • The certificate of an Authentication Provider is expiring. The link in the notification email is "https://<IAS Tenant ID>.accounts.ondemand.com/admin/#/userSourceSystem/<ID>.
