3584179 - "Change amount" functionality in VK12

Symptom

In VK12, there is a button named "Change Amount" which allows you to adjust the amount by a percentage.

When entering a percentage, the system adds the specified percentage to the original amount, rather than setting the amount to that percentage of the original.

For example, if you enter 50%, the system increases the original amount by 50%.
