3584201 - Phone Number Maintainined in MFA Not Automatically Populated in the Candidate Profile When Using SAP Customer Data Cloud - Recruiting Management

Symptom

When using SAP Customer Data Cloud for authenticating candidates within the external Career Site, phone number maintained in Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) will not automatically populated in the candidate profile.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Enable SAP Customer Data Cloud for External Candidates setting
  2. Create an external candidate account
  3. Access the MFA "Career Opportunities: Profile Completion" interface
  4. Maintain the phone number
  5. Go the the candidate profile and view the number is not automatically populated

Resolution

This is an expected system behavior.
