Symptom
When using SAP Customer Data Cloud for authenticating candidates within the external Career Site, phone number maintained in Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) will not automatically populated in the candidate profile.

Reproducing the Issue
- Enable SAP Customer Data Cloud for External Candidates setting
- Create an external candidate account
- Access the MFA "Career Opportunities: Profile Completion" interface
- Maintain the phone number
- Go the the candidate profile and view the number is not automatically populated
Resolution
This is an expected system behavior.
