• Multi-action job fails due to the number of entities (<number>) exceeding the limit (1000).
  • Try one of the following solutions:
    •    Select columns or dimensions whose combination results in fewer than 1000 distinct entities.
    •    Refine the content of the data source so that you stay within the limit of 1000 entities.
    •    Leverage Add Filters capability to create multiple predictive models forecasting fewer than 1000 distinct entities each.
• Error message: "The number of entities (<number>) exceeds the limit (1000)."

1. Navigate to System - Job Monitor
2. Identify failed multi-action runs.
3. Open the run details and confirm the error message: "The number of entities () exceeds the limit (1000). 

1. Reduce the number of entities to fewer than 1000 by selecting fewer dimensions or using a combination that produces fewer distinct entities. 
2. Refine the data source to remain within the 1000-entity limit. 
3. Add Entity Filters to limit the scope and run multiple predictive models, each forecasting fewer than 1000 distinct entities. 
4. If needed, split the data upfront in the planning model to process entities in chunks of 1000 or fewer. 
5. Before running, verify the member counts of selected dimensions/attributes and add explicit Entity Filters to avoid large queries.
