Symptom

  • After change a document in 'Changes Sales Order Without charge', issue arises when trying to re-navigate to the 'Changes Sales Order Without charge' app from the 'Manage Sales Order without charge' app.
  • The app does not respond when clicking the same hyperlink again after making changes and saving.
  • The hyperlink disappears when clicking on the number again.
  • White page appears when click other hyperlinks.
  • When trying to make the change, information message V4310 gets raised: Process the original document in SAP S/4HANA Service.
