Symptom

After finishing the payroll wizard at transaction CTE_SETUP, the error "A partner system for the same companyId is  already using this filter definition ID and the  filter value. Please try using a different filter configuration." (message no. CTE_FND_MAP_SERVICE000 ) appeared.
