Symptom
In the "Settings & Configuration" section, specifically within "Planning & Dispatching" and then "Service Call," the following entities cannot be deleted or removed in a FSM standalone environment.
- Service Call Types
- Service Call Problem Types
- Service Call Status
- Service Call Origins
