• If the New Home Design feature is enabled, the New Home Design label overlaps with Enterprise Search field
  
  • This is expected behavior since the screen is minimized version of the screen size compared to Browser. You will observe the same behavior when resize the browser window to lower size
• You configure Embedded Page Type for a specific BO and logged into any view/instance, For example: Account-ABC, is displayed and no other workcenters are displayed. But when logged out and logged in again on the same tab, by default all the work Center access is granted
  
  • If you are using Log off option (manual log off) from top right corner then this will be the expected behavior. If the system auto logs off after certain time and when you login again the same Embedded view will be retained
•  Is there a feasibility to select another BO instance on the existing tab instead of adding the new tab?
  • Currently this is not possible. Once the tab is created with an instance/ work Center view, it is not possible to select different BO instance on the same tab.
• Why there are only 6 BOs available for selection?
  
  • These are only BOs enabled for MS Teams APP. If you need additional BOs then you need to submit your idea into influence

• Zoom in/out does not work with Ctrl + / Ctrl - but works with Ctrl + Scroll on Mouse. Is it a limitation?
  • MS Teams does not support the Ctrl + / Ctrl -. Hence use, Ctrl + Scroll on Mouse to zoom in/out.
• Is it possible to have access to all the work centers during initial tab creation?
  • No, the direct logon to system with all the access rights is not supported. This is constrain from Microsoft Teams APP itself
• Removing a tab takes approximately 20-24 seconds. Why?
  • When the tab is created it contains the large amount of data associated in the tab and when the users remove the tab, all the data present in the tab which includes login credentials, tenant id and data from configuration tab gets removed. So, deleting the data from the tab takes time to delete and it takes long time. Confirmed with Microsoft support regarding the concern and as per the support team it is the process and as it removes the tab, this is not an issue.
• If you configure MS Teams APP for more than one tenant then there is no options to differentiate, which tab belongs which tenant.
  • This differentiation is not available now. As a workaround, you can name the tab in such a way that indicates the respective tenant
• When I open multiple sessions in a tab, there is no way to close each session. The button X is missing in the session
  • This is a constrain from Microsoft and the close option is available only in Web Browser
• How to rename the Tab?
  • Steps are as follows,
    1. Select the down arrow next to the tab name
    2. Select Rename
    3. Update the name
    4. Save the changes
