3584490 - Inability to Locate Supplier Confirmation Link Post 2502 Release in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

• Post the upgrade 2502, the link for supplier confirmation of the purchase order item is not found in the Supplier Confirmation Control tab in the PO line item.
• The issue arises while navigating from the Manage Purchase Orders app to the Manage Supplier Confirmations app.

1. Navigate to the Manage Purchase Orders app after the release of 2502.
2. Attempt to locate the link of the order confirmation in the Supplier Confirmation Control tab in the PO line item.

From 2502 release, there are two ways to add supplier confirmations to purchase orders:

1. The first method is to enter the supplier confirmation data for the purchase order item with the app Change Purchase Order – Advanced.
   • If the first method is used to add a supplier confirmation to the purchase order, there is no extra supplier confirmation document and therefore, there is no link to the supplier confirmation in the Supplier Confirmations tab.
2. The second method is to create a supplier confirmation with the app Manage Supplier Confirmations or with the related OData service.
   • In the second case, a separate document is created which can be accessed with a link from the Manage Purchase Orders app.
