3584559 - No Data Displayed in Standard Tile "Pipeline Influencers" in Opportunity Management

• The Standard Tile "Pipeline Influencers" on the home page does not display any data.
• Opportunities created are not visible in the tile.

SAP Cloud for Customer

Prerequisite: Pipeline Influencer Tile is enabled for users on the Home page of Cloud for Customer tenant. 

1. Navigate to the Home page.
2. Pipeline Influencer Tile is visible.
3. No data is seen in the pipeline influencer tile.

All existing opportunities in the tenant are in open and in process status.

Data not seen on the pipeline influencer tile on home page is due to the absence of closed opportunities (won or lost). Opportunities with Close Status only contribute towards data in pipeline influencer .

Ensure you action of existing opportunity to closed them (won or lost) which contribute towards the data reflected in pipeline simulation and pipeline influence.
