3584605 - ctx.messages for velocity templates not returning correct value

Symptom

  • You have your EmailPageTemplate prepared with either subject or the body pointing to RendererTemplate with Velocity type
  • After triggering business process related to generating and sending the email you notice that one of the properties that should be available in ctx.messages is not returning value (either by using ctx.messages.keyvalue or ctx.messages.getMessage('keyvalue'))
