3584606 - IDoc channel based on logical system is not working well in SAP S/4HANA system

Symptom

  • The setup of a partner profile for invoice IDOC based on a logical system ('LS' partner function) is unsuccessful in triggering the IDOC.
  • The same configuration triggers the IDOC successfully based on the RE partner profile.
  • Manual intervention is required to maintain the partner profile each time.
