3584646 - Multi-page pdf File Mobile Scrolling not working

When attempting to view a multi-page pdf file embedded within learning content, users may only be able to scroll through beyond the first page, or may only be able to see the first few pages of a longer document

• SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System
• SuccessFactors Mobile App (Android, v13.0 and higher) 

In a recent SAP mobile library update, a defect was introduced which causes this error.

The SAP Mobile SDK team is working to fix this issue, and it will be introduced to the SuccessFactors mobile app in an upcoming release.

Workaround

• You may opt to use an external pdf viewer to open and view these files. Using the Admin toggle selection, pdfs can be opened using the third-party viewers.
• Alternatively, a long press can be made to display the preview of the pages, and allow selection of the desired page.
