3584649 - BAPI_INSPOPER_RECORDRESULTS does not valuate characteristic

Symptom

In BAPI_INSPOPER_RECORDRESULTS, fields CLOSED and EVALUATED are set to X for the inspection characteristic in the corresponding structure.

However, after executing the BAPI, the characteristic is not valuated and not closed, but stays in status 2 (Processed) with failed valuation.

And in RETURNTABLE, error message "Set either the acceptance or the rejection indicator" (message nr: QE131) is visible.
