3584734 - Manage Workflow Requests not displaying pending workflows of new hires - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

The issue is with the Manage Workflow Requests not showing the pending workflows that were requested for certain users, only the completed workflows are visible.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Access Manage Workflow Requests.
2. Check for pending workflows.
3. See that requests pending of new hires are not available.

The user accessing Manage Workflow Requests does not have target permission to the Manager of the user being hired.

• Ensure that the user accessing Manage Workflow Requests have permission over the manager of the new hire.
• Permission is "Manage Workflow Requests" and the manager of the new user must be in the target population of the permission role.
