Requirement to have the Business Place and Section Code Mandatory

From 2508 it is possible to create validation rule to make entering of Business Place and Section Code Mandatory 

This is example of customizing, note all validations are customers own responsibility. Customize and test in accordance with own requirements prior to implementation on production.
