3584898 - Custom Email Notification using Document Generation Template is not sent to CC users on hiring Contingent Workers in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

A custom email notification using document generation template using the Employment Details Model is not being sent to an external email address when a new Contingent Worker is hired.

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central: Add Contingent Worker
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central: Workflow
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central: Document Generation

1. The business rule created using the Employment Details Model as the base object and configured with the Trigger Workflow scenario.
2. Hire a new Contingent Worker from login user who have same system language as Document Generation Template is configured.
3. Expected custom email is not received by external mail user.

The business rule created was based on the Employment Details Model, but it should have been based on the Employee Information Model.

1. Create a new business rule with the Trigger Workflows scenario and with the Employee Information Model base object.
2. Assign it as an onSave rule under the employmentInfo element.
3. Initiate the hiring process for a new Contingent Worker.
4. Submit hire.
