The for units of measure are with different dimensions (e.g. hour and pice) which cannot be converted into each other.

The cost rate for the cost center/activity type has the correct unit of measure, however, error still happens.
There are also generic cost rates (e.g., employee service cost levels) that take precedence over cost rates specifically defined for cost centers or activity types.

The attribute of the generic cost rate, such as the service cost level, must be included as an additional feature in the cost rates at the level of cost center or activity type.
As a result, multiple rates need to be established for each existing service cost level, thereby enhancing the priority of these cost rates.
