During Java performance problem in SAP Manufacturing Execution (ME), in dev_server log files some of the following entries are visible: 

*** WARNING => FcaFreeBuf: MpiFreeInbufById failed: MPI_ESTALE: outdated MPI handle(14)

*** ERROR => Fca2Conn_close(): Cannot free InBuffer: 14
