3585200 - Mandatory Fields in Calibration List View

Is it possible to configure mandatory fields in Calibration session within List view, in order to avoid users finalize session without completing required data?

SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals

1. Open the Calibration Session
2. Navigate to List View
3. Requirement would be to make the highlighted part mandatory

As per current system design, it is not supported to configure mandatory fields within a Calibration session.
