3585206 - Total calculations are not calculated when VCP item is deleted

Symptom

The Extended Amount and Extended List price are not correctly recalculated at the total level when the configuration of a VC product is changed, and an underlying product is removed from the quote.

Environment

 SAP CPQ Sales Cloud

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access the SAP CPQ system
  2. Open any quote
  3. Change the quantity of a product
  4. Observe the mismatch recurring total price under the extended list price.

Cause

The issue is identified as a bug in the SAP CPQ system.

Resolution

The solution to this issue is currently under investigation. The issue will be fixed in one of the upcoming releases. Please follow this KBA for updates.
