3585329 - Latest Form Experience - Activities, learnings, goal comment editable in the En route folder

Currently when form is in enroute or completed status, user can still take following actions:

• Add Learning
• Add Activities
• Add goal comment with goal comment widget from GM

This results in activities/achievements, learning items and goal comments appearing when they are not expected to (for example when a form has been already completed last year, but newly added activities appear under the linked goals).

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Go to Performance -> En Route Folder -> Open Form
2. Expand Goal/Dev Goal items
3. Check Goal/Dev Goal Comment, Activity, Learning section can be edited

This is an expected behavior, as when forms are completed, the Activities, achievements data is still dynamic, reflecting changes made in the source applications. 

If this behavior doesn't meet the user group's needs, it is recommended to open an enhancement request so that the idea can be assessed by Product Management team:
