3585361 - The Fields ‘Meter Reading’, ‘Meter Reading Type’ and ‘Note’ Are Available in the Adaptation Mode but It Is Not Visible in the Screen

Symptom

You are trying to add the fields  'Meter Reading', 'Meter Reading Type' and 'Note' under Meter Reading table using adaptation mode, however it is not appearing in the Account TI.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Customers work center.
  2. Go to the Accounts work center view.
  3. Search and open the Account ID 123456 (where 123456 means a generic Account ID).
  4. Click on User Profile to start the Adaptation Mode.
  5. Select the facet Utilities Financial and the Contracts with Meter Reading.
  6. Select the Meter Readings table in adaptation mode and you can confirm the fields are available to be visible.

Cause

The system works as designed. 

Resolution

Meter Reading table will be displayed in case the meter reading is available for the contract. You can activate the Web Service Monitoring trace to see the Meter Reading response for Service Interface UtilitiesMRGetOut.
