Symptom
The analytical report module does not map the case priority as the case overview does. In the case summary table and individual case's properties screen, the priority label is displayed as High, Medium, Low. However, within Analytics, the priority is displayed as a number (0, 1, 2).
Cause
Resolution
This is an expected result and works as expected. This happens because the backend part of SPG does not know the language of the user, and cannot store translations in the backend part.
