3585411 - Discrepancy in Key for Work Permit Info in Different Report Types

• When creating reports, the key for Work Permit Info varies depending on the report type. In Table Reports, the key is user-ID, while in Online Report Designer (ORD) and Canvas Advanced reporting, the key is Person ID.
• This discrepancy can cause confusion and misinterpretation, especially when employees have multiple employments.
• In such cases, HR/Admins from the previous legal entity cannot view the Work Permit Info when they run a report from Canvas or ORD. However, they can view the Work Permit Info from both employments when they run a Table Report.
