Symptom
- During SAP S/4HANA Sales Returns Management, an issue was identified where the CRM Quantity was not auto-populating in the inspection of deliveries process.
- This issue was fixed by doing configuration change (The configuration change made the item category relevant for billing).
- However, the issue still persisted for older documents created before the configuration correction.
