SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
Cause
The sales organizations are not maintained in the app 'Configure Intercompany Billing Communication' (SSCUI 100424). Without this configuration the IDOC communication cannot work and output item is in status 'Error'.
Resolution
It is necessary to maintain the app 'Configure Intercompany Billing Communication' (SSCUI 100424) for the corresponding sales organizations used in billing process.
