Symptom

  • The issue arises when attempting to send Business Emails (sent through Ticket, customer invoice, order confirmation, etc.) from newly added domain.
  • The error message received is "554 5.0.0 Message Rejected - Email address is not verified. The following identities failed the check in region EU-CENTRAL-1: <Domain Name> in AWS."
