3585518 - "The domain you are trying to register is already taken by another tenant" with Amazon Simple Email Service in IAS

Symptom

When switching back to Amazon Simple Email Service in IAS, the following error is displayed:

"The domain you are trying to register is already taken by another tenant. If you think this should not be the case, or you would like to use it also for another tenant, report an incident on SAP Support Portal Home with a component BC-IAM-IDS."
