3585566 - "Sorry, we can't find this file. The file you're looking for doesn't exist, or you don't have permission to view it." in embedded SAP Analytics Cloud - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

When opening embedded apps like Aging Report for Accounts Payable or Order to Cash Dashbord, the error "Sorry, we can't find this file.  The file you're looking for doesn't exist, or you don't have permission to view it." occurs. 

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Cause

The story related to the application has status Import Failed in the "Manage KPIs and Reports" app (Stories section).

Resolution

  1. Go to Manage KPIs and Reports app
  2. Open the "Stories" tab
  3. Search for the application
  4. Click on "Restart the Job" button to trigger the import again. Once it's successful, the application will be accessible.
