Symptom

While executing program /SHCM/RH_SYNC_BUPA_EMPL_SINGLE to synchronize employee to employee BP the following error appears: Required entry field &3 is not filled: field &1 in table &2. 

The error appears even though user who runs this report thinks no fields are set to mandatory, because they check only for a specific role.
