3585726 - S4CRM: Issue with Navigation from Billing View to Invoice

Symptom

  • In SAP S/4HANA Customer Engagement for Utilities, navigation from Billing View to Invoice is not functioning as expected.
  • When clicking on the hyperlink on a document number in the Billing Overview, it neither opens the Invoice Overview page nor the Invoice PDF.
  • Instead, it opens a new tab with an error: back-end system error when accessing bill.
