"Model Name" is displayed as Report Name in Report Execution Audit domain.

1. Create or run a report with the Report Execution Audit domain
2. "Model Name" is displayed under the "Report Name" column
3. You cannot find any report in Report Center named as "Model Name"

Model name is displayed when the tile or dashboard is standard or when they were imported from another instance.

To find its name, you can add the "Report ID" column to your report. Then, you can match the "Report ID" from your report to the one shown in "Manage Dashboards > Manage Standard Dashboards and YouCalc Files" (look in the first column labeled "ID").
