3585825 - Incorrect Display Order of Child Records in People Profile

Symptom

  • The display order of child records in People Profile or Manage Data is incorrect when records are added individually.
  • The issue does not occur when all records are imported at once.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Add child records individually in People Profile or Manage Data.
  2. The display order of the child records would be incorrect.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed at 2H 2025 release. The preview system will be deployed on 13-Oct-25. The fix will be deployed to production system will be on 14-Nov-25.
