3585907 - Warning "No price maintained for the internal activity SV01" when creating a Service Order

When creating a service order, the following warning message is displayed: "No price maintained for the internal activity SV01 in company code &1".

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

There are two possible causes:

1. The cost rates are not correctly maintained for the activity type SV01 and company code &1.
2. There is no Exec. Service Employee assigned to the item.

The service order item gets its cost center from its Exec. Service Employee: it gets the cost center maintained in the employee work agreement. If there's no Exec. Service Employee assigned, then there's no cost center assigned to the item, and if there's no cost rate with a 'blank' cost center, the system will not be able to pick a cost rate for this item, resulting on this warning.

Each cause has it's respective solution:

1. On the app 'Manage Cost Rates - Services', maintain a cost rate for activity type SV01 and company code &1, with no cost center assigned.
2. On item level, assign an Exec. Service Employee on the tab 'Parties Involved'.
