3585924 - Message "No data found. Try adjusting the filter parameters." in the Bank Account Balance app - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

In the Bank Account Balance app, even if transactions have already occurred, it still displays the message "No data found. Try adjusting the filter parameters."

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to App "Bank Account Balance".
  2. Enter the mandatory fields and Company Code &&&&.
  3. "No data found. Try adjusting the filter parameters."

Resolution

If there is no planning level in these cash flow items for Company Code &&, there will be no data to display in the Bank Account Balance.

Workaround: For Planning Levels of Cash Flow Items that are empty, can be seen in the app 'Cash Flow Analyzer.'
