In SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) the Link function is not available when creating a calculated measure as documented per the user guide:

SAP Analytics Cloud 2025.1.6

1. In SAC edit a model 
2. Select Calculations workspace
3. Add a new calculated formula
4. Go to the formula editor and see that Link is not a selectable function as described in the online help
