3586097 - Visibility of Cancelled Leaves in Upcoming Time Off and Absences UI

When a pending or approved leave request is cancelled in the ESS Time Off UI, the cancelled leave is not displayed in the Upcoming Time Off or Absences and Holidays UI.

1. Navigate to the ESS Time Off UI.

2. Check for the cancelled absence under Upcoming Time Off.

3. Also check for the cancelled absence in the Absences and Holidays UI by clicking on Show All in the Upcoming Time Off section.

4. You will notice that only approved or pending absence requests are displayed, and cancelled absence requests are missing.

• This behavior is working as designed.

• The system is functioning as intended. The Upcoming Time Off or Absences and Holidays UI will only display approved and pending absences. Cancelled absences will only be visible under Administer Time Off > Absence Tab.
