Symptom
- In SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, a limitation is encountered when trying to assign multiple credit segments to a customer operating in different currencies.
- The system allows only one credit segment to be assigned to a customer at a time, which is a challenge for customers operating in multiple countries with different currencies.
- This limitation prevents separate credit analysis for each currency, which is a requirement for some businesses.

Reproducing the Issue
- Create a business partner (BP) primarily based in one country, with a local address.
- Extend this BP to the customer role for a company code, assign it to a sales organization, and set the currency as per the country.
- Extend the same BP to another sales organization in a different country and set the currency as per that country.
- Try to extend this customer to the credit management level while ensuring different currency setups for credit analysis.
- Navigate to Credit Segment Data, try to assign multiple credit segments to the customer.
Cause
Resolution
Use App Manage Credit Accounts to assign the business partner to more than one credit segments.
