3586134 - Time Off Permission In Employee Views Section Of Manage Permission Role - 1H 2025

• In Manage Permission Role (RBP), under 'Employee Views' section, there is a 'Time off' permission option. What is the purpose of the RBP permission? OR
• 'Time Off' permission in Employee Views section is no longer present or working after 1H 2025 release.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Off

1. Navigate to Manage Permission Role -> Edit a role
2. Under Employee Views, there is 'Time Off' permission which is not working or not present.

• Until 1H 2025 release, this permission enabled access to Time Off ESS UI.
• After 1H 2025 release, this permission is moved to the section 'Time Management User Permissions' section with the name as 'Access Time Off'.

NOTE:

• 'Time off' permission may continue to show in the 'Employee Views' section (after 1H 2025 release), if there are custom section for Time Off configured in the Legacy Configure People Profile. But this permission will have no impact anymore after 1H 2025 release.
