Symptom
- After migration from SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0 to 2.0, the I-9 reverification process for 1.0 candidate is found not synced to 2.0 side.
- How to manually trigger I-9 reverification process in 2.0 in such scenario?

Cause
Resolution
Kindly follow below steps:
1. Go to Manage Data > Create New > I-9 Audit Trail
2. Fill in the following fields:
- Audit Trail ID (can be a random UUID without hyphens, all caps; e.g. E4B2F0A1D3C44F1A9B7A2E6F8D9C0B1E)
- User ID
- Sequence Number
- Basically, the value should be = latestSeqNo+1, where latestSeqNo is the biggest value for the user in I-9 Audit Trail records.
E.g.: If user has 2 i-9 Audit records:
(1) seqNo = 1
(2) seqNo = 2
Then should put seqNo = 3 as a value for the next record and so on. (Hence if user has no I-9 Audit Trail records, then should put value as "1".)
- Basically, the value should be = latestSeqNo+1, where latestSeqNo is the biggest value for the user in I-9 Audit Trail records.
- Status (should be marked as "SECTION2_SIGNED")
- Employment Eligibility Expiration Date (should not be null)
3. After saving the I-9 Audit Trail, I-9 reverification process will be created in 2.0 by provisioning job (Job Type=Trigger I-9 Reverification Job)
