Error message  "Feedback from others is currently not available. Please try again later." when Ask for feedback

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Go to Performance>Team overview
2. Select one form to ask for feedback
3. Select user and click send email button
4. The error message "Feedback from others is currently not available. Please try again later." is displayed.

The recipient is not valid.

Before you click the 'send email' button, please make sure your recipient is valid. Below is validation checkpoints:

• Sender and internal recipient should be valid, and sender's email address not equal to the recipient's.
• Feedback request email template should be enabled and not null.
• External email address should be valid.
• Email notifications should be enabled for recipients.

Note:

When you select several users to ask for feedback, if there is one invalid user, system will display the error message and the email won't send to the invalid user.
However, for other valid users, the email will be sent, but the ask for feedback log won't show in form. Hence, even if user replies the email, the reply won't be recorded in the form.
This is current system behavior.
